STUDENT LEADERSHIP
At Salt Company, we believe in students being raised up to reach other students on campus! Student leaders lead connection groups and set the pace for their peers by starting honest conversations about life, God, and what they’re hearing at Salt.
Salt Leadership is one of the primary ways students at Salt Company step into ownership of what God is doing on our campus. Our student leaders don’t just fill roles — they help shape the spiritual culture of our ministry.
Salt Leaders guide Connection Groups, creating spaces where students are known, cared for, and challenged to follow Jesus. They disciple, walk alongside, pray for, and encourage the students in their group — becoming a steady presence in their college years and an integral part of their walk with Christ.
Leadership at Salt is also about formation. As you pour into others, you are intentionally poured into by staff and members of Doxa Community Church. You’ll receive training, discipleship, and meaningful investment to help you grow into the leader the Lord is shaping you to be — on campus and beyond.
