Every Thursday night we get together at Doxa Church for Salt Company. It's the easiest way to get connected and meet other college students. You'll get to hang with other students like you, sing in worship, and hear a message from the Bible that's relevant to college life.

Doxa is about a 10-minute drive from campus. Don't have a car? No problem. We run free buses from campus to Salt and back every Thursday night. Check out our bus page for pickup locations and times.

A GLIMPSE INTO A THURSDAY NIGHT:

COMING TO SALT FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Most people are coming from class or work, so it’s a very casual environment.

  • Salt starts at 8:00 PM, and most students arrive around then!

  • Stop by the Connect Table when you walk in! We'd love to meet you and help you get connected.

  • We start with a couple of worship songs, spend time in a message from the Bible that's geared toward college students, and finish with a couple more songs.

  • Afterward, a lot of people stick around to hang out. If the weather is nice, we'll have yard games out. It's one of the best times to meet people and make friends.

We get it, going somewhere for the first time can be intimidating, especially when you don’t know anyone else. We would love to help get you connected with another student or staff member to see a familiar face on a Thursday night!

    some students bring a notebook and a Bible to read along during the teaching and take notes! don’t have a Bible? no problem! we have one for you!
